    Upon arrival, the room cleanliness was unacceptable. I found pubic hair on the toilet seat and pillows with mildew, which left me feeling unsettled. The lingering smell of cigarettes was a violation of the non-smoking policy I expected, and when I raised these issues, the staff's response was unprofessional and disrespectful.

    The location of this hotel near to Pullman Hanoi for many years, and the local attractions such as the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Temple of Literature and Women's museum was great and perfect. Everyone was efficient. Really enjoyed the deluxe king room we had with terrace.

    urban explorations with fine nearby attractions and parks

    I loved that my room had a view of the beautiful botanical gardens just less than 2 km away, and the location made it super easy to stroll to places like the Vietnam Military History Museum in about 15 minutes. It really encouraged me to explore the city more and soak in the sights. Plus, as a solo traveler, I appreciated the available amenities that let me unwind after a long day of exploring.

    Efficiency and kindness of the staff. Breakfast with a wide choice of international, japanese, chinese and vietnamese foods. Taxi service with a possibility of more lengthy rents (some hours - trip to the Ba Vi national park) with acceptable prices.

    The pool was dirty at our arrival but it improved considerably during our stay.

    Luxury hotel with good service in marvellous location close to Pullman Hanoi for many years, halong bay and the shopping center or historical sceneries. Reasonably large and beautiful rooms with open balconies, and nice pool...

    We really enjoyed our stay! The kids loved the pool with a refreshing break after exploring Hanoi's bustling streets. The staff were great, especially in offering great local recommendations.

    My kids wished for more family-friendly activities or amenities at the hotel.

    The hotel is super close to restaurants, coffee shops, and the metro station. I loved the spacious room with all the essentials. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a mix of western and asian options. Plus, the outdoor pool had a fantastic city view!

    good service, nice staff

    the tourist man in lobby is disgusting, tried to take all money to it's own pocket. When I want to change the flight ticket, he refused to give back my money. but finally after I requested with loud voice,he give back some percentage with disgusting attitude.

    I had a blast with friends at this hotel. We explored the old quarter and enjoyed a boat ride. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast had a great variety, including fresh Vietnamese dishes. The rooms were clean and comfy, and the location was convenient for sightseeing. Definitely recommend it for group trips!

    The Hotel staff and facilites were very good .The buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. The staff was very efficient. The Aircon in our room developed a snag and we were shifted to a new room in less than 15 minutes. Overall a great hotel

    The food at the restaurant was excellent

    The jacuzzi/recreation facilities was old, not clean and the maintenance was bad. Room was ok, gave the impression of being a luxurious old hotel and but haven't kept up with time. The small bottle in the minibar was only half full (somebody had been drinking of them, or the bottles had been there too long) Compared to the price, it's ok.
